What is Nut Novem?

The purpose of No Nut November is to not raise awareness for nut allergy. It’s a month-long celebration without “nutting” or ejaculating in any way, shape, or form. Ejaculating is not permitted. Masturbation must be avoided. Even on those days when you wake up with “morning wood”, touching yourself is off-limits.

Some even claim that completing this challenge “separates the men from the boys”, and a quick internet search will pull up plenty of memes depicting the superpowers you’ll gain from the experience.

Many people masturbating repeatedly in the same position, with the same type of stimulation, is a common sin. While knowing the best way to get off is an important part of understanding your body and sexuality, it’s also important to be aware if you are dependent on only one way to get off. Pornography is one example. Masturbating or porn is not the problem. Relying on masturbating or porn as the only way to get arousal may be an indicator of a larger issue.
